Teachers Win First Round of Talks.
The Thai Teacher’s Union has announced that they have resolved many of the problems that have been plaguing the nation’s teaching system. As a result, they have called off the planned November 29th rally.
One of the key concessions the teachers were able to secure was that any lateral transfers of teachers made within the system will be voluntary as opposed to compulsory. |
